ALL PRINT DESIGN WORK (Posters, Banners, Standees, Brochures, Business cards, Booklets, Flyers, logos, etc) outside of one of the packages above IS BILLED AT AN HOURLY RATE OF $100.00 with a 1 hour minimum.

We adopted this policy over a decade ago due to customers who tend to call 5x a day with one tiny fix or one tiny update or one added picture. This turned into very poorly managed time for our staff and myself and ultimately hurt the quality of work that was produced.  That is unacceptable for our clients! The current rate encourages our clients to have significant and important changes in hand before calling and discourages impulsive "creative tweaking" on the part of our customers.
